5 Movements to learn for Crossfit beginners!

Back in 2015, I had the opportunity to meet Ben of WODprep in Elkridge, MD while he was opening Blue Crab Crossfit. He is by far one of the most knowledgeable coaches in the game. In my almost 10 years of coaching, I have made mistakes or even found myself stuck trying to help an athlete understand a movement. What I did though, is continue to listen to other coaches and gain as much information I can from them. One thing I have learned from my years as an instructor in the military as well as my time as a classroom teacher is that there are multiple ways to teach a subject. Never be narrow minded.
