At Humidity Fitness we believe that proper nutrition is the foundation for any type of fitness program, and the foundation for living your life the fullest. Finding a nutrition plan to fit your unique life and training regimen is a journey. This program (like our CrossFit and Personal Training Programs) combines behavioral change with achievement to create habits that will last a LIFETIME. No shakes, no short-term.
One of the things that makes CrossFit unique is that it addresses the fact that the fitness needs of an “Average Joe” are identical to that of a top athlete – the only difference being intensity (speed & weight) and volume. In all cases, the best results come when training included functional movement (that which replicates real life movement), at high intensity and with constant variety.
One-on-one training is a personalized approach to training. It is a highly effective way to optimize your time and energy. With personal training, your coach will work with you to create specific, measurable and realistic goals.
