I decided one day that I was tired of how I felt and I wanted to do something about it. I found PRS and committed to myself that I would become stronger, healthier, and be more self confident. After my first intro session with Barry I knew that this would be the perfect place to do just that. All of the coaches are extremely welcoming and are there to build your fitness starting at your level, based on your needs. Even though I’m still a newbie at PRS I feel like I have a community that supports me. I never leave a workout feeling alone or discouraged, I leave feeling strong, motivated, and proud. I think that is just as important to me as the workout is. My advice: If you feel like you don’t know where to start, find community and start there.
