Welcome to Pepper Fitness! My name is Barry Pepper, I am the Owner and Head Coach that will be overseeing your golf transformation. As a PGA Golf Professional with over 10 years working with golfers of all levels as well as my time in Strength training and CrossFit I am excited to take your game to the next level. How can we make our hips more explosive for more distance off the tee? The answer seated box jumps. Starting from a seated stationary position resembles the braced start of the golf swing. Having generate power from this position to propel our body up into the box will increase your overall ability to ally force using hip extension.
